Because I believe you deserve to excel at your career and life, while enjoying what you do and getting the pay and recognition that goes along with it.
I love how demanding, fun, exciting, stressful the corporate world can be.
I know what it feels like to know in your gut you are in the wrong role but don’t know where to go next. I also know what it feels like to know deep down what you want to do (or don't want to do) but have no idea how to get there.
As a single parent in a foreign country, I had to earn more to support myself and my 3 kids. I studied successful people and implementing their strategies. I started seeing results almost immediately: promotions every 18 months and doubling my salary every 5 years. I shared what I have learned with others, and they got results.
Now I want to share what I know with as many people as possible, so that you don't have to struggle with the unknown but skip to the good part!!

Thank you once again for your support and guidance.
It’s late at night, about 9:30pm. Which is late for me because my bedtime would be 8:30pm if I had my way.
I am in bed, working on a customer proposal that is due in the next two days when I get a Teams message from one of the guys in our ERP team: “Hi Michelle, I see you are still online. Are you working on the proposal? Is there anything I can do to help?”
I didn’t know this guy that well. I was new to the company and have attended a couple of meetings together but never one on one. I don’t know if he even remembers this encounter, because it is just the way he is, but I haven’t forgotten it.
I quickly got to know he is he person that says ‘No problem. I will do it”. He has a reputation as the person you ask when you need something done well. If you want something done, give it to a busy person.
The easiest way to make a name for yourself within your organisation is to be the one that says “Leave it with me” and then delivers.
I have advocated for this guy’s promotion, I have fought for his work/life balance, I will promote him wherever I go, all without him knowing, because he offered help when he didn’t have to, and I know the team can count on him to get stuff done.
